Nana × Kimono Fabric ArtBorn and raised in Tokyo, Nana has been fascinated with the art of kimono since a young age. Having noticed that they are starting to play an increasingly minor role in modern Japanese life, she wants to find a way to make the world of kimono and kimono design more accessible to people in today's world, through art, thus she started her line of 'Kimono Fabric Art' pieces, using off-cuts from various kimono found at ateliers and workshops across Japan. |
